Aral-Pan is a narrative game-based learning application integrating gamified quizzes and story-driven missions to enhance student engagement and learning in the Araling Panlipunan (Social Sciences) Course.
The app is aligned with the DepEd MELCs (Most Essential Learning Competencies) for Grade 4 Araling Panlipunan under the K–12 curriculum.
It is developed using the Unity game engine and designed as an online mobile application compatible with Android devices only.

Hi! I’m Azalea Mae C. Manimog, a graduate student at Ateneo de Davao University (AdDU), currently completing my master’s thesis in Master of Science in Information Technology (MSIT).
As someone passionate about both education and technology, I created Aral-Pan to address the common challenges students face in learning Araling Panlipunan — boredom, lack of participation, and perceived irrelevance.
I believe that with the right tools, learning AP can be exciting, interactive, and deeply connected to our national identity.
